Sure, sex can be fun, but did you know that it burns calories, releases happy-making and pain-relieving endorphins, and helps you get better bladder control. One study even noted that men who have sex at least 3 times a week cut their risk of heart attacks and strokes in half. Sex definitely comes with some fringe benefits. So it can be frustrating, and for a lot of reasons, if you're not getting enough of it.
